Conditional Custom Fields for Opportunities

Opportunity forms can now adapt automatically based on each deal.

Admins can control which fields or folders appear—and which fields are required—based on an opportunity’s pipeline, stage, status, or other field values.

What’s New

  • Create rules using single conditions or AND/OR logic.

  • Use pipeline, pipeline stage, status, dropdown, radio, checkbox, and multi-select fields as triggers.

  • Show individual fields or entire folders when conditions are met.

  • Make visible fields mandatory and prevent incomplete opportunities from being saved.

  • Preview each rule in real time before saving.

  • Apply rules across Add, Edit, and Bulk Edit flows on web and mobile.

  • Manage pipeline-specific rules directly from the Pipelines page.

Why It Matters

  • Keep opportunity forms focused on relevant information.

  • Collect required details at the right stage of the sales process.

  • Improve reporting accuracy and consistency.

  • Standardize data collection across pipelines and teams.

  • Prevent opportunities from being saved with missing required information.

Good to Know

  • Fields and folders included in a Show rule remain hidden until its conditions are met.

  • Fields not included in a Show rule remain visible as usual.

  • If multiple rules apply, their mandatory requirements are combined.

  • Only Admins can create, edit, or delete rules.

  • Rules are configured separately for each sub-account.

  • Nothing changes until an Admin creates the first rule.

  • Validation applies to saves on web and mobile, but not to Public API or workflow-based updates.

More control when adding prospects in Prospecting Tool

We've made prospect creation more flexible by giving you control over when Marketing Audit Reports are generated.

Previously, every time you added a prospect from search results, a Marketing Audit Report would automatically be generated. While many customers love getting instant audit insights, others wanted a faster way to save prospects first and decide later which businesses deserved a full audit.

Now you can do both.

Choose Whether to Generate a Marketing Audit Report

When adding a new prospect, you'll now see a new option:

Run marketing audit report

If enabled:

  • The prospect will be saved

  • A Marketing Audit Report will be generated automatically

If disabled:

  • The prospect will be saved immediately

  • No audit will be generated

  • You can generate the report later from the Prospect Details page

⚡ Faster Prospect List Building

Many agencies prefer to:

  • Save prospects in bulk

  • Build prospect lists first

  • Generate audits only for their highest-priority opportunities

With this update, you can quickly add prospects without waiting for audit generation every time.

Keep using audits when you need them

Marketing Audit Reports remain one of the most powerful parts of the Prospecting Tool, helping you uncover:

  1. Website performance issues

  2. Google Business Profile opportunities

  3. Local SEO insights

  4. Reputation and review gaps

  5. Listings and visibility improvements

"All Pipelines" Option in the Pipeline Dropdown

The pipeline dropdown now includes an All Pipelines option, giving you a single, consolidated view of opportunities across every pipeline at once.

What's New

A new All Pipelines option has been added to the pipeline dropdown.

When selected in List view, it displays opportunities from all pipelines in one unified list.

The option is available only in List view — it is disabled in Kanban (Board) view.

Smartlists saved from the All Pipelines view are List type only; Kanban board Smartlists are not supported for this view.

How to Use

  • Go to Opportunities.

  • Switch to List view.

  • Open the Pipeline dropdown and select All Pipelines.
