We have improved the advanced filtering for smartlists to bring better consistency, clarity, and standardization. Earlier, filters had inconsistent operators across different data types and some commonly expected operators were missing. We have standardized how operators behave across date, numeric, and string filters while cleaning up existing logic. This update also resolves a long-standing issue related to future date filtering. The goal is to standardize filter behavior across data types while improving usability and reducing confusion for users.
Added commonly requested operators for date filters: today, tomorrow, yesterday, this week, this quarter, this year, before date, and after date to the existing set of date operators


Standardized string filter operators to ensure consistent behavior across fields

Introduced DND as a suffix for SMS, email, call, WhatsApp, etc., making communication-related filtering easier.

Renamed Pipeline filters -> Opportunity to better align with terminology commonly used and understood by our customers.

Enhanced email and WhatsApp status operators to better reflect the underlying status criteria and cover additional matching scenarios.

Added Advanced Preview support for Meta ads created through HighLevel Ad Manager, enabling users to view how their ad appears across multiple placements such as Feed, Stories, Reels amongst others.
Introduced a Shareable Preview Link option that allows users to generate and copy a preview link for the ad directly from the preview panel once the campaign is published.

Create and publish a Meta ad in HighLevel Ad Manager.
In the Preview section, click the Advanced Preview icon to open the ad preview across placements.



Click the link icon next to Advanced Preview to generate a shareable preview link.

The link is automatically copied to the clipboard.

Opening the link loads the Meta-hosted preview interface, showing how the ad appears across the configured placements.

Allows advertisers to verify how ads render across placements after publishing.
Makes it easier to share a real preview of the ad with teammates or stakeholders
for review or collaboration.
Reduces dependency on Ads Manager access just to view how the ad appears.
๐ Notes:
The shareable preview link is only available for published campaigns. It is not generated for draft or paused ads.
Access to the preview follows Metaโs permission model, meaning only users with appropriate access to the ad account can view the ad preview.
If a placement does not support the uploaded creative format, the relevant Meta error message is displayed in the preview to indicate why the ad cannot render for that placement.

The Merge Contact action is a dedicated workflow action that automatically identifies and merges duplicate contacts directly within your workflows -eliminating the need for manual cleanup from the contacts page.


Match By Options -Choose how duplicates are identified:
Email: Matches contacts sharing the same email address
Phone Number: Matches contacts sharing the same phone number
Email and Phone Number: Matches only when both email and phone number are identical
Smart Merge Logic- The system always preserves the older contact record and merges the newer duplicate into it, ensuring no historical data is lost.
Full Execution Visibility-Every merge is logged in Execution Logs with detailed metadata, including which contacts were matched, which record was preserved, and the matching criteria used.
How to Use
Add the Merge Contact action to your workflow.
Select your preferred Match By criteria (Email, Phone Number, or both).
The action handles detection and merging automatically when the workflow runs.
Why This Matters
Duplicate contacts create noise in your CRM and can lead to redundant communications or inaccurate reporting. Previously, merging duplicates required manually navigating to the contacts page to find and resolve them one by one. With the Merge Contact action, deduplication is now fully automated within your workflows - keeping your contact list clean, unified, and accurate without any manual effort.

Previously, only the assigned user could view a contactโs appointments. With this update, followers can now also view appointments for the contacts they follow โ provided Assigned Data visibility and the appropriate calendar permissions are enabled.

Visibility now aligns between assigned users and followers.
When a userโs data visibility is restricted to only assigned records, they can now also see appointments for contacts they follow.
