We’ve rolled out several exciting updates to make managing your services and appointments faster, easier, and more flexible. Here’s what’s new:

Duplicate Appointments

A new Duplicate Appointment button is now available in the appointment modal. With one click, you can create a new booking carrying over all the same details, making it much faster to set up repeat or similar appointments without retyping everything.

Blocked Slots in Services

You can now add blocked slots directly from the service appointment modal. This makes it simple to quickly mark yourself unavailable right in the booking flow, helping you stay in control of your schedule with less effort.

Show Resource in Appointment Modal

The appointment modal now displays the resource that was booked, just like in service calendars. This makes it clearer who or what has been reserved and helps avoid confusion around resource allocation.

New Custom Values for Service Bookings

We’ve added two new custom values that can be used in communications and automations:

• Service Booking Price

• Meeting Location Name (short label instead of full address)

These provide more dynamic details you can use to personalize confirmations, reminders, and other customer touchpoints.
