Configure Zoom & MS Teams Across Multiple Users and Locations

We’ve expanded how Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations work — giving you more flexibility across your locations and teams.

✅ What’s New

You can now:

  • Connect the same Zoom or Microsoft Teams account across multiple locations

  • Allow multiple users to connect the same Zoom/MS Teams account across the same or different locations

This means smoother operations for teams managing appointments across several subaccounts.

Please Note: A user can only connect one Zoom and one MS Teams account per location.

📘 Example Use Cases

  • A single user managing bookings across multiple locations can use one Zoom account everywhere

  • Two different users can use the same Zoom/MS Teams account to host meetings, regardless of their location

⚙️ How to Use

  1. Go to Calendars → Settings → Connections → Video Conferencing

  2. Click Add New to connect your Zoom or Microsoft Teams account

  3. Complete the OAuth process to finish setup

  4. To use dynamic meeting links, make sure the connected account is selected as the meeting location in the calendar you’re configuring
