Auto Follow-Up is now available as a Flow-Based Builder experience, allowing you to visually configure how Conversation AI re-engages contacts who go inactive, say they’re busy, or request a follow-up later.
This will enable you to restart a stalled conversation from within an existing workflow when a contact stops replying.
This means:
You no longer need separate re-engagement workflows
You don’t lose context when a contact goes silent mid-flow
Conversation AI can pick up exactly where the workflow left off.

When a contact goes inactive mid-workflow, you can now:
Detect the drop-off automatically
Schedule follow-up messages directly from the same flow
Re-initiate the conversation without restarting or branching to a new workflow
Resume the conversation naturally once the contact replies
