Go to Reputation → Reviews

Click AI Reply to generate a suggested response

For auto responses:

1. Go to Reputation → Settings → Reviews AI

2. Click Create Agent

3. Choose tone, language, and review conditions

4. Select All Facebook pages or specific Facebook pages under Review Source

5. Save the agent

Your AI Agent will now respond to matching Facebook reviews automatically.
