Comments on Blog Posts
Readers can now comment on your blog posts, reply to each other and react, right on the post. You review and answer every comment from a new Comments tab in Blogs.
Turn readers into a community. Answer questions where they're asked. Stay in control of what goes live.
🚀 What's new
Comments on Every Post
Add the new Comments element to your blog post page once, and every post on that blog site gets a comment section. Readers can:
Write comments and reply to other readers
Add emoji and attach an image
Like or dislike any comment
Follow threaded conversations, with Load more comments for long discussions

Easy Sign-In for Readers
Returning readers sign in with their email and a one-time code, with no password needed
New readers create an account in the same window, without leaving the post

Moderator Badge
Replies from your team carry a Moderator badge, so readers can always tell your answers apart from other comments.
New Comments Tab
See every comment across your blog site in one place:

Total comments, comments this month and comments waiting for approval, each with a trend line
Filter by status or post, or search
Reply, approve or delete any comment
Review Pending Comments One by One
Step through comments waiting for approval with the full conversation shown, reply as any author on your blog, and open the live post in one click.

Comment Settings for Each Blog Site
Require approval: new comments stay hidden until you approve them
Email notifications: get an email for every comment, or one daily digest
Send notifications to: choose who receives those emails
Apply to all blog sites: use the same settings across the sub-account (recipients stay per site)

👷 How to use this feature
Go to Sites → Blogs and open your blog site
Open the blog post page in the builder
Add the Comments element and style it to match your site
Save and publish
Manage comments and settings from the Comments tab
💡 Why it matters
Turn one-time readers into an engaged community
Answer customer questions in public, as your brand
Keep full control over what appears on your site
Keep posts fresh as conversations grow, with comments search engines can read
📝 Notes
Comments are turned on for a whole blog site, not per post. Removing the element removes comments from every post on that site
Readers can attach one image per comment
Anyone can read comments; readers sign in to comment, reply, like or dislike
Comments don't yet appear in Conversations, and commenters aren't added to Contacts
